Fort Wilderness Cabins at Walt Disney World
Elmer and Ginny Jones have been married for 50 years. We wanted to do something special for them. They have given so much love, care, and compassion to their children and their families over the years. It occurred to us to have a big celebration (27 family members big) in a Disney World Resort for a few days. Well over a year in advance, the five children and their families started planning this event. We booked a meeting room at the Contemporary resort the first night. This was to kick off the 4 day gala with a 1 hour long video/picture DVD for the blissful couple. They had no idea this was going to happen. For the second night we booked all 27 of us to see the Hoop-Dee-Doo show at the Pioneer Hall in Fort Wilderness. For the fourth night all of us went to the Polynesian resort for a family photo session with a professional photographer, and then went to the Polynesian Luau show. A final wrap up was done after the Luau Dinner Show. Elmer & Ginny told everyone about the various TOP SECRET missions, and as they mentioned each accomplishment, a different family member presented them with a gift from all of us.
Check it out, we think it went well
